Can you please disclose the project execution strategy process and the
relevant governance documentation for the Grimsby Corporation Bridge
Project.

This project has followed the councils approved project governance
process.

Specifically, please can you disclose the project ‘s’ curve and risk
register.

The project does not have an ‘s’ curve

Please note we have determined that information relating to the risk
register, is commercially sensitive and therefore exempt from disclosure
under the Freedom of Information Act by virtue of section 43 (2). Section
43 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act states that: Information is
exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be
likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (including the
public authority holding it).
