Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please provide the following information on contracts your authority has
with Project Centre / PCL and your Council in the past five years.

1. Details of contracts awarded, the value of the contract at award stage,
along with the budget set for the procurement process.
2. For each awarded contract, details of the final actual value paid to
Project Centre / PCL, including as part of any extension.
3. Where funds beyond the budget / awarded value have been paid, a copy of
any internal memo or report setting out the reason for the additional
costs.

I am happy for the response to all questions to be provided in a single
spreadsheet format which should be a simple report from your account
management system.

Thank you for your request for information received on 25 August 2023, in
which you asked for the following:

1. Details of contracts awarded, the value of the contract at award stage,

My response is as follows:

1 & 2 - Please find attached our list of contracts with Project Centre
Ltd, procured over the last 5 financial years.

This list shows the contract value and the release value, which is the
current amount paid for those contracts that are still open and the final
amount for those contracts that are now closed.

No specific budget was set for the various procurement processes, and we
hold no information in regard to the specific costs relating to them.

3. None of the contracts procured in the last 5 financial years have gone
beyond the awarded value or budget.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request, you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback &
Resolutions Team.  (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response.)
