Project Centre / PCL

We're waiting for Alan Spragg to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

Please provide the following information on contracts your authority has with Project Centre / PCL and your Council in the past five years.

1. Details of contracts awarded, the value of the contract at award stage, along with the budget set for the procurement process.
2. For each awarded contract, details of the final actual value paid to Project Centre / PCL, including as part of any extension.
3. Where funds beyond the budget / awarded value have been paid, a copy of any internal memo or report setting out the reason for the additional costs.

I am happy for the response to all questions to be provided in a single spreadsheet format which should be a simple report from your account management system.

Yours faithfully,

Alan Spragg

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hackney Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Project Centre / PCL'.

Your response "We would like to advise you that we do not hold an agreement with Project Centre that has gone through a competitive tender exercise. Our system indicated that various areas of the Council use this supplier following our Contract Standing Order rules obtaining quotes." does not answer the query as raised.

I did not request information only on competitive tenders, and in your response, you note that awards of works are made by alternative means, but that quotes are still sought - therefore the Council should be in a position to provide the quoted and actual amounts for the commissions found and referenced in the response.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Alan Spragg
