Dear Humberside Police,
Highways England have proposed an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit cyclists from using the A63. In the order it is stated that Humberside Police support this proposal. My request is to know when this was discussed and the reasons/evidence given to support this position
