Prohibited substances in vapes

We're waiting for Luke Chafer to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Thank you for your response to my recent FOI request about the seizures of illegal vapes. I understand from this data that in April 2023, 697 illegal vapes were seized by the trading standards team, and 6 of these were tested for prohibited substances in October 2023.

Please can you provide the following information:

1) Which prohibited substances were tested for?
2) What were the results of these tests?

I'd like to remind you that you have 20 working days to respond to this request. If you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to call me on +44 7469992844.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Luke Chafer
