• Risk Management recording and reporting
• Performance Management reporting

2. When do the contracts expire for each software system used?
3. Do you have any planned changes or upgrades of the software currently used? If so, when?
4. How much does each system cost including both the initial licence fee and the annual charge?
5. If you do not have a system how are programmes and projects managed currently?
6. How (which procurement route or framework) was the contract initially tendered and when was this tender awarded?
7. If no software or tendered contract is in place currently are you considering tendering or purchasing further software within the next 12 months? If so which procurement route or framework would you be using?

• Performance Management reporting - Pentana
2. When do the contracts expire for each software system used? 30
November 2019
3. Do you have any planned changes or upgrades of the software currently
used? If so, when? – Will be reviewing in the 2019/20 financial year.
4. How much does each system cost including both the initial licence fee
and the annual charge? £2,859.10 ex VAT annual charge. The initial cost
was £8,500 including first year maintenance costs.
5. If you do not have a system how are programmes and projects managed
currently?
6. How (which procurement route or framework) was the contract initially
tendered and when was this tender awarded? Collaborative procurement with
Londonderry City Council - 2011
7. If no software or tendered contract is in place currently are you
considering tendering or purchasing further software within the next 12

used.

used? If so, when? Software requirements for programme and project
management expected to be reviewed in 2019/20.
4. How much does each system cost including both the initial licence fee
and the annual charge? N/A
5. If you do not have a system how are programmes and projects managed
currently? Projects are managed using PRINCE2 based methodology. No
project management specific software is used though Microsoft Office
applications are often utilised – primarily Excel and Word.
6. How (which procurement route or framework) was the contract initially
tendered and when was this tender awarded? N/A
7. If no software or tendered contract is in place currently are you
considering tendering or purchasing further software within the next 12
months? If so which procurement route or framework would you be using? See
no 3 above. If new software is required this would typically be procured
through open tender (if the value is over £30k) or from an available
government framework.
