Profit overage payment received from Lendlease re: 'One the Elephant'

In 2013, Southwark Council signed a development agreement with regeneration partner Lendlease for the redevelopment of part of the former Elephant and Castle leisure centre site(ref:12/AP/2239). The agreement concerned the sale of part of the site to developer Lendlease in order for it to build a 37-storey private residential tower called 'One the Elephant'. The agreement said that in return for the land, the Council would receive the sum of £6.5m from Lendlease, plus a share of the profits once the development is completed.

Please tell me how much the Council has received or is due to receive from this profit share agreement now that the development has been completed.

In response to it, I am able to confirm that the council does not
currently hold this information. The trigger for the calculation of the
profit overage from the One the Elephant scheme has only very recently
been achieved. The audit of the account is now being undertaken and the
council currently expects to be in a position to complete this exercise in
the New Year.

The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from
the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend
the 20 working day time limit for issuing a response.  Please note that in
this instance we will require an additional 5 working days to finalise
this response. Therefore, we aim to let you have it by 29 March 2017 and
will keep you informed of any further delay.
