Professional Driving Policy
Dear East Coast Main Line Company Limited,
I would like to please request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
1) An electronic copy of the current East Coast Professional Driving Policy (or any similar document regarding professional train driving).
2) Electronic copies of any guidance offered to the company's traincrew regarding the avoidance of Category A Signal Passed at Danger (SPAD) events and other Operational Irregularities, issued in 2013/2014.
3) Electronic copies of any East Coast led local or formal investigations into Category A SPAD events which occurred in 2013/2014.
4) Electronic copies of any traction bulletin/fleet bulletin documents issued to East Coast traincrew in 2013/2014. I appreciate these particular documents may contain information which is not deemed suitable for public release but I would like to recieve as much information as is deemed appropriate.
