Prof. Dorota Iwaniec-Curl
Dear South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I wish to know how many times since April 2013 Emeritus Professor Dorota
Iwaniec-Curl has been 'used/consulted' by the Trust in Family Proceedings?
How many times she has been jointly instructed with:
a. The Guardian ad liteum
b. The Mother
c. The Father
Do the Trust always follow the Emeritus Professor's findings?
How many times have the Trust decided against the Professors conclusions?
How many times has the Emeritus Professor disagreed with Trust Care Plans?
I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act [2000] and/or GDPR legislation
Please be aware the UK Supreme Court made a ruling whereby expert witnesses can now be 'named and shamed'.
Yours faithfully,
A.Henry.
