I am writing to apologise for the delay in responding to your request for
information.

Unfortunately, due to operational pressures caused by the Covid-19
pandemic, we are finding that responses are being delayed beyond the 20
working day timescale. The Information Commissioner has recently published
guidance accepting that local authorities will have to prioritise other
matters during this period. We will of course continue to do what we can
to respond to your request as quickly as we can.
