Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

Please can you advise:

1) Is HS2 required to adhere to any procurement regulations? If so, which?
2) Are there any specific regulations HS2 adheres which cover variations to the value of awarded contracts? If so, which?
3) What parameters does HS2 work within when varying awarded contracts, particularly by value?
4) How does HS2 monitor contract variations and ensure they conform to regulations and provide optimum value for money for the taxpayer and conform to contract specifications?
