Dear Sir / Madam
Please provide the following pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
1 A description of the procurement process used in order to establish the identity of the partner to take part in the resultant joint venture between the Secretary of State for Health (SoS) and Steria Limited (Steria) incorporated as NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS).
2 A copy of the Contract between the SoS and Steria (or other company related to Steria) governing the terms of the NHS SBS joint venture (if any).
3 A copy of the Contract between the SoS and the NHS SBS entity (if any).
4 A copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of NHS SBS in force at the date of this request.
5 An explanation of the legal grounds by which NHS SBS provides its services to Contracting Authorities in the UK and if such grounds are satisfied by being party to a Framework Agreement under which call-off contracts are made with such Contracting Authorities, a copy of the Framework Agreement in question including any variations and amendments thereto.
