Dear Paul Morgan,

 

Demolition of Old Clubhouse - I can confirm demolition works were
tendered via the Council’s Intend portal and where the competition was
price only – three were invited and where the winning contractor was as
below.  Unsuccessful contractor prices are not published publicly.

Open Space Works – I can confirm these works will be carried out by the
Council’s term contractor who will price according to term contract
rates.  The term contractor has already priced all packages of works which
it is in the term contractor’s ability to co-ordinate – new fencing, new
hedging, laying tarmac, removal of existing fencing and general
landscaping.

 

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled or the
outcome of your request, you may ask for an internal review. You should
contact The FoI Reviewing Officer, Legal & Democratic Services, Council

within 40 working days, if you wish to request a review.

We write further to your request below and have provided the information
for your attention below.

 

FoI/2021/521 - Morgan – Pricing competition inf for works associated with
application 20/02402/REG3 (Newbury Football Club). Deadline: 15/07/2021​.

Demolition of Old Clubhouse - I can confirm demolition works were tendered
