regarding the council’s procurement pipeline, including upcoming projects
and opportunities. Access to this information would be helpful for me to
better understand how the council plans to allocate resources in the near

All tendered procurements can be found listed on www.sell2wales.gov.wales
.  

• Please click on “Search Buyers”.

• In the “Buying organisation” box, type in “Conwy County Borough
Council”, then click on the “Search” button.

• Select “Conwy County Borough Council” in red writing.

• You will then be presented with a number of tabs to select from
including past and current tender opportunities for all departments.

Hello Mr Hall,

Further to your request of information regarding the Council’s procurement
pipeline, the Council does not publish an overview of all contracts we are
looking to procure on our website and there is currently no requirement
for us to do so.

The guidance you have referred to in previous correspondence covers the
requirements for publishing pipeline notices under the new Procurement Act
2023. Section 93 of the Act requires contracting authorities to publish a
Pipeline Notice on the Central Digital Platform (aka Find a Tender
Service) setting out specific information about any public contract with
an estimated value of more than £2m for which we intend to publish a
tender notice or transparency notice during the following 18 month period.

The Council have published the details of all contracts we are aware of
that meet the criteria as required, these should be visible on the Central
Digital Platform and on the Sell2Wales platform.
