Dear Information Compliance-Officer,

Thank you for your response.

As per clause 12 here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio... - It is my understanding that you should be publishing an overview of all contracts that you will be looking to procure on your website. Is this something that would be made available in a list at all?

Yours sincerely,

Joe Hall

Dear Joe Hall

Further to your email of 02/06/2025.

Your initial request was in regard to the Council+IBk-s procurement pipeline. Paragraph 2 in the guidance you have referred to confirms that the Procurement Act 2023 requirement to publish Pipeline Notices only applies to contracts in excess of +AKM-2m in value, where their procurement will commence within the 18 months of the relevant reporting period. Bracknell Forest Council met this requirement prior to the deadline of 26/05/25, stipulated in paragraph 12. The guidance also refers in paragraph 5 to publication being on the central digital platform.

Information about other contracts that do not meet the criteria for inclusion in the pipeline notice is available in the Finance and Transparency pages on the Council+IBk-s website.
