Dear Alex,

follows.

1. How you procure Removal Services inc. Relocations, specialist moves,
storage, crate hire, space planning and move management 2. How you procure
Removal Contractors 3. If by your own framework, please tell me:
a. The titles and content of the relevant frameworks b. Who is on the

The University appointed a contractor for removal services in 2013 via a
competitive tendering process using the NEUPC (North East Universities
Purchasing Consortium) framework. As a result of this process we appointed
a sole provider. When we are looking to tender the services again, it is
likely we will go through the same process via another Framework.

This completes the University’s response to your information request. If
you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request an internal review of our
decision please contact:
Director of the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory and Support Department, email :
[1][email address]  or by post:  Kingston University,
River House, 53-57 High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1LQ.

In the event that you are not content with the outcome of your complaint
you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision
unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by Kingston
University. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The
Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

I hope that you now have the information you require.

Lyn
