Thank you for your request.
To provide some background about the work of Coleraine DPP, it was set up as a result of the Police (NI) Act 2000 to carry out a number of roles, such as, monitoring the police and gaining the cooperation of the public in working with the police. The DPP also has an input into the local policing plan and the policing priorities for the year ahead as well as providing a forum for members of the public to ask questions of the local District Commander in relation to policing issues in the Borough. In doing so, the DPP is constantly gathering information about the main policing concerns in the Borough.
The DPP is managed by Coleraine Borough Council and as such works within the Council's procurement policy on all aspects of procurement.
However, the DPP has not procured any construction consultancy services or contractors since its establishment in 2003 and any such procurement is likely to be done through Coleraine Borough Council.
I would therefore suggest that you should contact the Council directly in relation to this request.
I hope this is of assistance but should you require any more information about the work of the DPP, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Coleraine DPP Manager
