b. Who is on the current frameworks
c. The start and end dates of the frameworks

Dear Nicola

Thank you for your e-mail, addressed to Mick Thurman

It is my responsibility to reply to you on behalf of Cambridge Water in my role as Data Controller.

Looking at your questions in turn

Re 1 and 2 - We procure Contracts and Consultancy services in accordance with EU Procurement regulations.

Examples of recent contracts are our 'Infrastructure Repair & Maintenance contract' and 'Nitrate Quality Enhancement Programme Consultancy & Programme Management'.

Thus we publish an advert and follow the process in accordance with the rules set out in the regulation via Achilles UVDB (Utilities Vendor Database)

Our decision making process is open and transparent with unsuccessful tenderers having the right to request feedback on our decision

Cambridge Water is a small water company, revenue £20m and all contracts (services and works) greater than the EU Procurement Regulation thresholds follow this process

However our requirement for contracts is infrequent and they are generally too dissimilar in nature to benefit from a framework supplier arrangement.

Thus 3(a) - (e) are not relevant for our company

I trust this provides you with the information you require re contractors and construction consultancy services

Could I ask you to confirm receipt of this e-mail, and if you have subsequent questions, please contact me
