Sent request to Ayr College again, using a new contact address.
Our responses to your email dated 22nd July are as follows:
1 We do not use Construction Consultancy Services.
2 We request a minimum of three tenders. Members of
the Board of Management are involved in both the opening of tenders and
the selection of the successful tender.
3 We do not have our own specific framework but have
regard to Value for Money and Advanced Procurement for Universities and
Colleges Standing Financial Regulations.
4 We use Construction Line for all Contractors
tendering for and undertaking work in the College.
5 We use Public Contracts Scotland to publicise any
major new building contracts.
Apologies for the delay in replying. If you have any further queries
please email [email address]
