Dear Mr Griffiths

We responded to your FoI request on 24 June 2010, 14.25 - copied below.

Dear Mr Griffiths

Thank you for your recent enquiry as detailed within your email below,
made under the Freedom of Information Act.

In response I can confirm that:

All minor works over preset values are offered for competitive tender
following NML's FSO with regards to service procurement.

Our one large contract for our building services was procured through OJEU
and we have a successful contractor in contract through until 2014.

The Museum of Liverpool project is all publicly procured through open
tender.

We currently do not have any framework contracts so I am unable to answer
your further questions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in
NML. If I or my colleagues can be of any further assistance to you or you
require further information or wish to discuss any of the issues raised in
this response to your request, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards

Claire
