Thank you for your request to access some of our information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. I can now provide you with the following
information in response to your query: Procurement of Contractors and
Construction Consultancy Services
The procurement method for consultancy and construction work varies
depending on the value and complexity of works proposed, whether a
National Agreement is in place and will be in accordance with the Trust's
Standard Financial Instructions.
Generally below EU Procurement limits these are procured locally by
quotations or tender. Invitations to quote or tender being taken from the
current DTI approved Constructionline database. Details of which are
available through [1]https://www.constructionline.co.uk.
The Trust has a current Daywork Framework Agreement in place undertaken
through OJEU details can be found at [2]http://www.OJEC.com.
Commencement Date 1April 2010 to Expiry Date of 31 March 2010, with a 12
month extension period.
The name of the person responsible for the Daywork Framework Agreements,
is Steve Beard Senior Estates Manager (Operations) within NHS

Daywork Framework Agreement Contract Award Notices are attached separately
to this paper.
Above the EU Procurement limits, consultancy services and construction
work will generally be provided through OGC Procurement Frameworks,
