The Act states that in order for a request to be defined as valid it

b. state the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence

The Information Commissioner's guidance titled `What constitutes a real
name' states that "first name with surname satisfies the requirement for
provision of a real name". In making your request you have only stated
your forename, consequently University would be entitled to consider your
request as not valid. On this occasion we will process your request, but
should you submit future requests and omit such information as your
surname, then the University will consider rejecting the request.

Dear Nicola,

Further to your email dated 20th July 2010, in which you request an internal review of the University of Glamorgan's handling of your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I can confirm that I have carried out an internal review in my capacity as Information Compliance Manager.

The University of Glamorgan received your request on June 17th 2010. Under Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 'a public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt.'

A response was sent on June 21st 2010. The response include an attachment entitled - Freedom of Information Procurement construction.pdf
This attachment contained the information that was made in the request dated 17th June 2010. The response also stated the following:
