In response to your questions I can confirm that Suffolk Coastal
procurement of contractors adheres to EU and UK procurement legislation
and further details can be found within the Council's Constitutional
Framework which can be found on our web site at the following address:

The Council does not have its own specific framework.
The same rules also apply to Port Health authority for which you've also
