2. If by your own framework, please advise:
a. The titles and content of the relevant frameworks
b. The start and end dates of the frameworks
c. Any possible extension periods to the frameworks
d. The companies appointed under the current frameworks at the present time
3. If there is not framework in place how you typically
procure such services under and over OJEU value thresholds?
4. What tender portholes you use for this and similar services generally?

I write to formally acknowledge receipt of your email of 24 October 2017. 
I note that you are requesting details of our procurement procedures in
respect of fire alarm maintenance.

 

I can confirm that the College does hold such information and is currently
locating and collating it in readiness to send to you.  It will aim to
send the information as promptly as possible, but in any event within
twenty working days of the date of receipt of your request ie 21^st
November 2017.  Should the College find that the information is subject to
matters of public interest this timescale may be extended.    If this
occurs we  shall of course inform you.

 

The College will not make a charge to you for responding to this request.

1. How you procure fire alarm maintenance services? A) Request for Quotes
issued on Contracts Finder

2. If by your own framework, please advise:

a. The titles and content of the relevant frameworks A) The title of our
RFQ was Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Testing & Maintenance

b. The start and end dates of the frameworks c. Any possible extension
periods to the frameworks A) Tender request November 2016 and Was awarded
in January 2017.  No other applicable dates for frameworks.

d. The companies appointed under the current frameworks at the present
time A)  KES

3. If there is not framework in place how you  typically procure such
services under and over OJEU value thresholds? A) In accordance with OJEC
requirements for values over OJEC thresholds, under the threshold, the
principles of OJEC are observed where appropriate when preparing our own
RFQs.

4. What tender portholes you use for this and similar services
generally?   A)  Contracts Finder

 

This provides the appropriate response for your request for information
concerning procurement details in respect of fire alarm maintenance
services.

 

We can confirm that no information has been withheld as a result of any
exemption or public interest test.
