Procurement framework

The request was refused by University of Hertfordshire.

Dear University of Hertfordshire,

I am currently undertaking customer relations management research on behalf of PDP Green based in Truro. As part of this research, I require certain information regarding your estates department and procurement policy.

1 Your procurement policy and framework for external contractors.
2 The start and end dates of the frameworks
3 The titles and content of the frameworks
4 Any possible extension periods to the frameworks
5 The companies appointed under the current frameworks, in particular regarding construction services.

However, if there is no procurement framework, then how does the university procure construction services?

Yours faithfully,

James Frondella
