Dear Sirs,

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

Please find the information you requested. Regarding the first four
questions:

* The name of all procurement frameworks used each year in 2010 / 2011 /
2012 / 2013.
* The number of times you used each framework in each year.
* The value of contracts procured through each framework for each year.
* The type of services or goods procured through each framework.

The Council migrated to the new regional portal
([1]https://www.yortender.co.uk) this year and no longer has full access
to the previous portal. Work is on-going to populate the new portal with
information about the Council's contractual arrangements and until this
work is completed (which will be later in the year) it is not possible to
provide a response to the above questions. To undertake the work manually
would incur excessive staff time.

Regarding your final question:

* Your intention to use each framework in future years.

This information does not exist; prior to any contract expiring, and for
all new requirements, procurement options are considered in order to
identify the best route to market.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further queries
regarding this matter.

Yours sincerely
