Processing times for ILR Set (O): Other Reasons
Dear UK Border Agency,
I would like you to please answer the questions below, thank you.
1- How many postal SET (O) applications under the "Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms" category were received by UKBA in the calendar month of November 2012 and, specifically, the week commencing 12 November 2012 (ending 16 Nov 2012)?
2- Of the above received applications in the "Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms" category, how many have been processed, ie, decided to date, again for both the month of Nov 2012 and the week commencing 12 Nov 2012?
3- How many postal SET (O) applications in all categories were received by UKBA in November 2012 and of these how many have been decided to date?
4- What is the average time it takes UKBA to despatch decision on postal SET (O) applications in the "Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms" category, after biometric enrolment letters have been issued? (over the last six months of 2012, please).
Yours faithfully,
J M Galasso

FOI Team
Dear UK Border Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Processing times for ILR Set (O): Other Reasons'.
By law, the UKBA should normally have responded promptly and by 5 March 2013. In the two weeks since that deadline has passed, I have had no word back and I find this completely unsatisfactory.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
J M Galasso
