Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

1) Please can you provide all internal guidance /training / procedures given to staff dealing with Universal Credit claimants re. what processes must be followed once a WorkCapability Assessment has take place an the relevant reports have been sent to DWP by the assessor who conducted the WCA.

2) Please include details of what actions and todo's and what evidence such as that held on the Customer Information System (CIS) must be referenced and checked.

4) Please include any guidance / training materials that identifies the roles & Todo's of the different DWP officers involved in the decision making process of finding somebody LCW, LCWRA or Fit To Work.
