Dear Gambling Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Gambling Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Process Flow Chart for 888'.

I put in another one at the same time, which has been answered, and I think this one may have been overlooked. If you can kindly supply the Process Flow Chart for 888 Casino I would be most grateful - thank you.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Firstly, let me apologise that it seems your FOI has been overlooked. I will look to provide you with the information you have requested within the next 10 working days. I will endeavour to process this sooner due to the circumstances of this case.

If you are happy to do so, I would like to deal with this request as I have stated above. However if the above is not satisfactory, then I will of cause process this as an internal review.

Whatever option you wish to pursue, could you please provide me with further details around what process flow chart you are requesting?

Dear Luke,

It's the process flow chart that 888 had to submit to get its license please.

Thanks for your help.

Best wishes,

Kester

Luke Traat, Gambling Commission

Dear Mr Dean,

I have spoken to colleagues in our licensing department about your request
and we are still not completely sure what you are requesting.

We have however tried our best to answer what we think you may be after.

The process for determining whether a licence should be granted is based
around our statement of principles which are,

·         Integrity

·         Criminality

·         Identity

·         Competence

·         Finances

Checks and evidence would be gathered as part of the above, which would
then go towards whether or not a licence would be granted or not.

Hope the above helps, please come back to me if this doesn’t answer your
question and if you can supply some more information to help me identify
exactly what you are requesting.

Kind Regards,

Luke Traat
