Please could you provide details of any fees or revenues collected by Pro 5, generated in relation to spend on the 'Motor Vehicles (Hire) Contract 52'.

E.G. Are fees collected as a percentage of turnover or fixed fee per vehicle, please provide details of either, i.e. what is the percentage figure/fixed fee amount.

I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 dated
8^th August 2012.

 

I am writing to confirm that YPO does hold some of the information you
requested but has decided that some of the information cannot be
disclosed. The information being withheld falls under the exemptions in
sections 43 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to
Commercial Interests. Further details of the information that has been
withheld can be found below along with details of the information not held
by YPO.

 

FOI Request:

Please could you provide details of any fees or revenues collected by Pro
5, generated in relation to spend on the 'Motor Vehicles (Hire) Contract
52’. E.g. Are fees collected as a percentage of turnover or fixed fee per
vehicle, please provide details of either, i.e. what is the percentage
figure/fixed fee amount.

 

Your request for this information has been considered under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. We have withheld some information under the
exemptions in sections 43 (2) of the Act in relation to Commercial
Interests. In applying exemption 43 (2) we are required to balance the
public interest in withholding the information against the public interest
in disclosure. We feel providing details of the percentage or fixed fee
amount would compromise the commercial confidentiality of the organisation
however we are able to tell you that YPO charge a fixed percentage rebate
per vehicle.

 

If you are unhappy with the handling of this request please contact the
undersigned in the first instance. Should you still be dissatisfied then
you may apply for an internal review by writing to the Corporate Director
