Dear Clive Arnold,

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. You asked the following:

1. Would you please supply a copy of this map used during a visit from the Environmental Health Team with the water supply lines and could you mark out any non-return valves/stopcocks on this line.
2. 'Section 18 notices' served on this area in the last 3 years
3. any time the water was tested and found to be contaminated in the last 3 years

I can confirm the following:

1. Please see a copy of the map to which a representative from the Environmental Health Team used during a recent visit. The Council is unable to mark out any stopcocks and/ or non-return valves, as this information is not held by the Council.

2. As you have not defined the area in which you wish to identify the Section 18 Notices the Council has taken this to only mean the supply which you share. The only notice served on this shared supply was on 2 August 2018.

3. The only samples taken in the last three years that have failed were the samples taken on 31 July 2018 at Junction Cottage.
