Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

In 2017 the authority commissioned a private sector housing condition survey where appropriately 2,000 were surveyed.
Could you please provide the following information.
1) A list of how many properties existed at the approx time of the survey in each individual Ward within the city.
2) The quantity of how many full surveys were undertaken within each of these individual Wards.
3) The quantity of how many external only surveys were undertaken in each of these individual Wards.
4) In the case of (2) above ,please split the amount of owner occupier and privately rented surveys undertaken in each Ward.

Thank you for your request for information about the private sector
housing condition stock survey commissioned by the authority.  Your
request was received by the Information Rights Team on 10 September 2018.

We have now considered your request and a copy of the information is
attached and below.

 

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic

Response: We do not have a list of all properties in each Ward at the
approximate time of the survey. The data attached relates to properties in
private ownership and those owned by registered providers of housing in
each Ward at the time of the survey.

 

2)    The quantity of how many full surveys were undertaken within each of
these individual Wards.

3)    The quantity of how many external only surveys were undertaken in
each of these individual Wards.

4)    In the case of (2) above, please split the amount of owner occupier
