Private sector discharge offers in Bishop Auckland

The request was partially successful.

Dear Lewisham Borough Council,

We are writing to request infromation about offers of private accommodation in discharge of homeless duties (whether discharge of the Prevention, Relief or Main homeless duties). For ease, in the below request we refer to these offers as PRSOs.

Q1) In the period from 01/05/2024 to 01/05/2025 - how many PRSOs were located in the local authority area of Bishop Auckland?

Q2) In the period from 01/05/2024 to 01/05/2025 - how many different properties* in the local authority area of Bishop Auckland were offered by way of PRSO?

Q3) For this question, please assign *each* property in answer to Q2 a unique code/name (eg. this could be as simple as 'Property A', 'Property B' etc.). Please then confirm for *each* property the date of each PRSO made of this address for the period from 01/05/2024 to 01/05/2025?

Q4) Confirm for *each* property the number of bedrooms (again using the same property code/name as Q3).

*Note if the same address has been used more than once in this period, then the answer to question 2 will be less than question 1.

Yours faithfully,

Jo Staines
