o        Please could you provide me with information stating how many
patients paid for private hospital rooms between 01/01/2013 to 30/06/2013
along with how much patients were required to pay.

Your request was received on 14 October 2013 and I am dealing with it
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  According to
Section 10(1) of the FOI Act we have 20 working days following the date of
receipt and therefore we are required to reply to your request on or
before Monday 11^th November 2013.

In some circumstances a fee may be payable for processing and delivering
the information to you.  Details of any fee to be charged will be notified
as soon as possible and you will be required to pay before we will proceed
to deal with your request.
