Wandsworth Request for Information - 2020/3493 - Private registered
provider

I refer to your request for information received on 20/10/2020.  Please
see the information below in response to your request: -

This request concerns Private Registered Provider (Housing association)
General Needs properties let at Social Rent through your choice based
lettings scheme in the financial year 2018/19.

Please provide the actual rent amount (basic rent, not service charges)
for every single Social Rent (not Affordable Rent) General Needs property
which was let in 2018/19: the actual rents please, NOT averages.

This request applies to General Needs lettings only (not supported
housing).

Please provide these figures grouped by the landlord name, and by the
number of bedrooms.

Please note that Wandsworth Council is unable to provide this information
as we consider the cost to do so would exceed the FOI appropriate limit,
as specified in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection
(Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004; therefore Section 12(1) of
the Act applies.  The appropriate limit has been set at £450 and may
include working hours of any person acting on our behalf at a rate of £25
per hour.  This equates to 18 hours to locate and extract the relevant
information.  The information being requested is not held in a format in
which the data can be readily extracted.  In order to provide this
information, over 250 electronically stored housing association lettings
records for 2018/19 would require checking, manually.  At an estimated 15
minutes to review each lettings record, it would take in excess of 62
hours to locate and identify the information requested.  This
significantly exceeds the appropriate limit under the Act.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this email acts as
a Refusal Notice.

If you are dissatisfied with the information provided in relation to your
