Private property belonging to me which was removed unlawfully by Mr Patterson

Dear Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
Sir I contacted the Boremwood police about private correspondence removed from two labour representative and opened and read by staff of Hertsmere BC I dealt with DS Badett on this issue and then received a letter from some other DC Constable who said that she had dealt with even though councillors vVince and Butler said the correspondence was removed without their permission Can you please let me have all the information that you have on this and also confirm that it was DS Badett that Ispoke to on telephone on the 17/3 2017 she also informed that she would not return my private property ie the correspondence to me
