I am requesting the following documents completed by your authority, and any sub-councils within your authority, related to Prevent, Channel or safeguarding more generally that includes Prevent:

- Data Protection Impact Assessment/Privacy Impact Assessment
- Equality Impact Assessment
- Data Sharing Agreement(s) or similar
- Any Memorandum of Understanding with the Home Office.
