Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Kingston upon Thames Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Private Hire Vehicles access to Bus Lanes'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

John Newnham,

Dear Mr Raeburn

Technically there is no review. The e-mail response to you of 24 August
dealt with both of your questions.Assuming you were not satisfied with
the response to either of the two questions or both ,the email provided
you with a contact name and telephone number.
Having done that if you are still not satisfied with the response(s)
then you can e-mail myself stating in detail what specifically you
consider the Council has failed to do in dealing with your request and I
will treat it as an internal appeal.

Yours sincerely
