I acknowledge receipt of your request for information regarding Private &
FCHO homes tenancies.

FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011.
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information
held by public authorities as defined in section 3 of the Act.
Unfortunately, however, FCHO is not classed as a public body under the
said Act and it is therefore not legally obliged to provide
any information to you. In any case, your concern should be directed to
FCHO for consideration. This can be done by reporting it on the FCHO
website or, if you are a customer, to your Neighbourhood Coordinator.
