1. The number of applications for legal aid
2. The number of cases granted legal aid
3. The number applications made on the grounds of a non molestation application
4. The number of cases granted legal aid on the grounds of a non molestation applications
5. The total amount paid out in legal aid each year for private family law cases
6. The total amount paid out in legal aid each year in respect of cases where the application has come from a non molestation application
7. A table of the top 20 legal practices based on amount of legal aid payments claimed where the payments claimed have been associated with non molestation applications. Please show the total legal aid funding received by each firm.
8. The total number of legal aid claims which have subsequently been terminated
9. The total number of legal aid claims that have been revoked and a requirement has been enforced for the payments to be returned by the claimant.
