Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's handling of my FOI request 'Private Education for Autism used by RBKC'.
It isn't possible for the council to send children to such schools and provide such programs without holding the information, I therefore request an internal review please
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Miss Robilliard
I am responding to your request for a review of your information request,
which you title “Private Education for Autism used by RBKC”.
You asked for information that the Council holds on two schools and “all
Ofsted reports”.
In our original response we said that we do not hold information on these
schools and we indicated where Ofsted reports were already provided, on
the Ofsted website.
We have, as a Council, paid for placements for individual children at
these schools. We therefore hold records particular to these children.
Such records are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act.
We have no other general reports on these schools other than the official
publications, which you can obtain from the schools themselves.
This review does not change our original decision.
This completes the review by the Council of your original request.
If you wish to take the matter further, you have a right of appeal to the
Information Commissioner.
Yours sincerely
Derek Myers
Town Clerk and Chief Executive
