When I first won a tribunal to get this 'cure autism' behaviourism for my son, it caused a landmark legal ruling. I regreted doing this the first day when Kim Fellows came to my home, a self-appointed 'supervisor' using a fake American accent when she was from Birmingham, she was throwing my son around, restraining him when he's a placid little thing, telling me to go and drunk so I didn't hear him screaming - the therapy has improved but it cannot stand up to impartial scientific scrutiny and is cruelty to children yet many boroughs are still paying for this - behaviourally challenged children are lumped-in with severely disabled childen and it is fundamentally criminal and cruel - when I was forced to hire people from 1996-7 there was no police checks - and anyone could be hired for low price- the parents who began this were known to me and known as 'PEACH' - I did everything I could to change it for the better, but I was against a giant army of angry, scheming abusive opposition and am still fighting the today

100K Per Annum for 'Behavioral Correction Centres' is what is happening in some quarters- abuse of disabled children in 'ABA'/'CABAS' schools- pure eugenics

Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's handling of my FOI request 'Private Education for Autism used by RBKC'.

It isn't possible for the council to send children to such schools and provide such programs without holding the information, I therefore request an internal review please

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Liz R

Dear Miss Robilliard

I am responding to your request for a review of your information request,
which you title "Private Education for Autism used by RBKC".

You asked for information that the Council holds on two schools and "all
Ofsted reports".

In our original response we said that we do not hold information on these
schools and we indicated where Ofsted reports were already provided, on
the Ofsted website.

We have, as a Council, paid for placements for individual children at
these schools. We therefore hold records particular to these children.
Such records are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act.

We have no other general reports on these schools other than the official
publications, which you can obtain from the schools themselves.

This review does not change our original decision.

This completes the review by the Council of your original request.

If you wish to take the matter further, you have a right of appeal to the
Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely

Derek Myers
