Could you send me a breakdown for the most recently available 12 month period of services privately contracted by the Academy, or the Academy Trust. This could include, but is not limited to: private cleaning services, building services, maintenance services, consultancy services.

This list should include (a) the company that provided this service (b) the amount spent on the service (c) an explanation of service provided (d) whether the service was put out for tender, and whether any other company made a bid.

I am still yet to hear if you have even received this request, and it is now past the 20 day deadline required for a response as part of the Freedom of Information Act. If I do not at least receive an update as to when I should expect a response within the next week, I will be obliged to forward this request to the office of the Information Commissioner and request a review.
