I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request received
20 September 2021.

Your request has now been considered under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act and/or Environmental Information Regulations and we are

Your Request:

Private Alleyways/Service Roads - FPNs / Enforcement

Could the Council confirm how many occasions Fixed Penalty Notices, or
another form of enforcement, that the Council has completed in regards to
fly-tipping/clearance required in residential “private” alleyways/service
roads over the past five years, preferably listing in a year-by-year
format. 

Our Response:

It will depend on the requestors definition of “residential”
alleyways/service roads. However, having searched through the FPN’s served
for fly tipping I have found the below figures for which the offence
occurred in a privately owned alley/service road.

2018 - 0

2019 - 0

2020 - 0

2021 – 1
