Dear Broxbourne Borough Council,
Could the Council confirm how many occasions Fixed Penalty Notices, or another form of enforcement, that the Council has completed in regards to fly-tipping/clearance required in residential “private” alleyways/service roads over the past five years, preferably listing in a year-by-year format.
