Privacy regarding data for Fixed Penalty Notices per GDPR
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
In light of the updated data regulations, per GDPR May 2018, can you confirm that as agents of Wirral Borough Council, Kingdom have updated their privacy policy.
Can you confirm that, as the implied right to consent to personal data has been removed, Kingdom revenue generators on the streets issuing FPNs not only provide people with a copy of this privacy policy but also advise people they have a right to keep their data private.
Finally can you please provide a copy of this data policy, which Wirral Borough Council must have access to, and also the contact details for Kingdom's data controller.
