I am writing regarding your request for information dated 01/03/2023. In
order to identify if we hold the information you have requested, we will
need to seek some further clarification from you. 

I would be grateful if you could please clarify what you mean by “that
your Trust has provided temporary staffing services to”. Are you asking
for the number of agency staff that the Trust employed (from
outside/external agencies) to work within our prison healthcare services?
  

Please note that we are unable to confirm at this time whether we hold or
will be able to provide the requested information under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act.  

Please provide me with a response by 23/03/2023. Once we have received the
further clarification needed, we will be able to process your request
further. However, please note that in the meantime your request will be
placed on hold.
