Dear Office for Students,
The REGULATION 28 REPORT ON ACTION TO PREVENT FUTURE DEATHS following the INQUESTS ARISING FROM THE DEATHS IN THE FISHMONGERS’ HALL TERROR ATTACK addressed matters of concern around future prison/university partnership working.

Please provide any assessment the Office for Students has made following this report, and any guidance or requirements that are or will be provided to universities who wish to continue work of this nature.
