Please will you provide details of all the prior notification applications for development received under Article 3(1) and Schedule 2, Part 20, of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), including the date of application, the exact location, the relevant ward, what was proposed and whether approval was granted or refused or not yet determined.

Please provide this information in an Ecxel spreadsheet or .CSV file and not in a PDF.
