enquiries or 0300 300 0013 for waste, recycling and street care enquiries.

My response to your Freedom of Information request regarding the mail
services for Revenues and Benefits and Electoral services is as follows –
the numbers refer to your questions:

 

Annual Council Tax bills including Council Tax Reduction award
notifications

1.     Latcham Direct Limited

2.     31^st July 2017

3.     30^th November 2019 but option to extend for up to two years will
be invoked

4.     £9,600

All other printing and enveloping services for Revenues and Benefits is
dealt with internally on a daily basis.  We have no contract or recorded
average spend.

 

Electoral services

1.     Smith & Ouzman

2.     July 2018

3.     June 2019

4.     £45,000

 

Please clarify what you mean by ‘Hybrid’ mail services?
