Part of the information you have requested is not held by the Borough Council because it falls within the remit of the Returning/Counting/Electoral Registration Officer for the voting area. The Returning/Counting/Electoral Registration Officer is not a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and accordingly is not subject to its provisions.
